Nebezpečné hry 4 je zvodné pokračovanie série Nebezpečných hier. Hotelový magnát Ted Wheetly je prísnym otcom svojmu arogantnému a večne si užívajúcemu synovi Carsonovi (Ashley Parker Angel). Ten zas verí, že jeho bohatý a záletnický otec dohnal jeho matku k smrti. Pri nehode na lodi Ted umiera a prípad dostáva na starosť detektív Frank Walker (John Schneider). Čím viac sa nehodou zaoberá, tým viac machinácií, zvádzaní, chamtivosti a podvodov za všetkým odhaľuje a vzrastá v ňom podozrenie na chladnokrvnú vraždu.
